10….. Flat Earth  Believers—Ancient and Modern Mankind.

Easy to see why many past people’s would say that the Earth was Flat.

a. A, perhaps! misunderstanding of the Biblical assumption in “Genesis”

b. Most peoples eye sight is about 30 kilometres, so apart from Hills, Mountains, lakes and Trees etc. the Earth look’s FLAT.

c. Many ‘intellectuals of the past” observed the Moon was round, the Sun appeared as round, so why don’t people FALL OF THE EARTH.

d. Even the “Super Hero” Achilles famed for his part in the Trojan War, had inscribed on his shield the Earth drawn as a flat circle.

It required several (Ancient and Modern) people’s discoveries and intelligent study to emphasize that the Earth was spherical. Also that it rotated around the SUN.
